Domestic orders placed Monday through Saturday by 12:00pm EST (excluding holidays) are shipped  in 2 business days .Orders placed after 12:00pm EST or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Custom order will take more time and will notice you.

Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the details of your order. This message will include a link that will direct you to updated tracking information.

 

International Shipping

Regardless of the service you choose, you may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your international order. In addition, some orders may experience customs delays. Transit times above are provided by the carrier and are not necessarily guaranteed. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. Please note, any refused or unclaimed international orders will not be eligible for refund. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information.

Shipping Restrictions

ma non troppo does not offer weekend delivery. Standard Ground service is not available to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico. We cannot accept military APO/FPO addresses and PO Boxes for delivery. Some items may be restricted for import to destinations outside the US and to California.

Sales Tax In The United States

Sales tax will only be charged on orders shipped to New York state. No other tax or import duty will be applied to orders shipped within the US.

Import Tax/Duty

DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) - The delivery recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related duty/Import tax at the time of delivery, which is based on the full purchase price paid for the order (as reflected on the commercial invoice). This applies to shipping addresses outside the US where these fees cannot be predetermined. ma non troppo is not responsible for any fees associated with orders shipped outside the US charged by customs for DDU deliveries.

Our shipping partners at FedEx® will contact you when your order arrives to arrange for the payment of the import fees to clear your item(s) for delivery. Please contact the local customs bureau for any questions related to the import tax / duty fees levied by the country of import.

Please note the shipping fee of your order does not include any additional import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country of import.

If you refuse any shipments from ma non troppo, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges, as well as the cost of returning the package to La Garçonne. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items. Please be advised that any exchanges may require additional tax / duty for import to delivery destinations outside the US.
