RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from the invoice date to make a return. Please make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all ma non troppo and designer tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the client at their cost. Your shipment will include a printed invoice/return form. The invoice/return form must be included in your return shipment to qualify for a return. The invoice/return form does not need to be complete to qualify for a return. Clients are responsible for order/return shipping charges.Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt.
Please note all items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.
We do not accept returns of jewelry, intimates apparel, vintage items.Certain promotional discounts are Final Sale as well, as outlined in the promotion details.
All items must not be worn, washed or damaged, and must have all tags attached in order to be eligible for a return. Shoes will be accepted if returned in their original, undamaged designer shoebox. Please try shoes on a covered/protected surface, as returns of shoes with worn or scuffed soles will not be accepted.
Items returned without an Return Authorization (RA) number and without the completed Merchandise Return Form cannot be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 7/14 day time frame outlined below will not be accepted.
How To Complete Your Return
1. Within 7 days of your order delivery, please sign in to your ma non troppo account and request a RA number. For further assistance, please click here.
2. Items must be received at our warehouse within 7 days of your RA issue date.
3. Fill in the corresponding RA number next to the item being returned, on the Merchandise Return Form. Enclose this form with your return and also write the RA number(s) on the outside of the package.
4. Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund in approximately 10 business days, at which time you will be notified by email. Please contact your credit card issuer to confirm when your refund will be issued back to your credit card.
We reserve the right to reject any return/exchange that does not comply with the conditions stated above. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the return/exchange process, please contact customer service at email@example.com. We are available Monday - Friday from 10am to 6pm EST.
We are unable to refund any import tax/duty (apart from New York State Sales Tax) that your order may have incurred for returned items.
Store credit will only be issued as a gift card in the currency used to purchase your order. Gift cards can only be used towards purchases made in that same currency. If you currently have a gift card in USD $, that credit will be available to you in the purchase currency of your choice. Available gift card credit will be displayed during the checkout process and can be applied to your next order.
